Graham Cottrell

Graham Cottrell is an experienced technology professional currently serving as a Senior Technology Manager at easyJet since December 2009. In this role, Graham has created and led product teams for customer self-service applications, impacting the overall customer journey, including airport experiences and in-flight retail. Previously, Graham held interim roles such as Head of Technology, where responsibilities included the establishment of a new Customer & CRM team, and Technology Manager, overseeing IT systems across 160 airports. Graham began the career as a Business Analyst at Steria Ltd and Graylind Systems, and has technical experience from a role as a Technical Analyst at Eli Lilly. Graham holds a BSc. 1st Class Honours in Business Information Technology from Bournemouth University.
