Meena Khanna

Meena Khanna is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in programme and project management within the airline industry. Currently serving as a Senior Programme Delivery Manager at easyJet since June 2022, Meena previously held the role of Senior Programmes & Project Manager (Interim) at Virgin Atlantic, where significant achievements included the successful implementation of a Customer Loyalty Platform that boosted membership by over 2 million and increased direct passenger revenue by over 20%. Prior to this, Meena spent nearly 12 years at British Airways PLC, focusing on global sales transformation, programme management office leadership, and compliance within recruitment processes. Meena holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Sunderland, obtained from 1991 to 1994.
