Judd Schoenholtz

Judd Schoenholtz is an accomplished entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in the real estate and technology sectors. Currently serving as Co-Founder and CEO of Deferred since June 2024, and as an Advisor and Chief Revenue Officer at EasyKnock since November 2023, Judd focuses on providing homeowners with financial solutions that enhance liquidity and control over their equity. Prior roles include Co-Founder and CEO of Balance from October 2021 to May 2024, which aimed to offer a more affordable homeownership model and was acquired by EasyKnock, and Head of Buyer at Opendoor from September 2018 to September 2021, where Judd developed a customer-centric buying experience. Judd's entrepreneurial journey began as Co-Founder and CEO of Open Listings, leading efforts to disrupt traditional home buying by saving clients significant agent commissions. Earlier in career, Judd held a Group Director, UX position at Huge, contributing to the design of digital products for major brands, and began as a Software Engineer at Proto Software. Judd holds a B.A. in Computer Science from Columbia University and graduated from Y Combinator with Open Listings in W15.
