Clément Masson

EMEA Business Development Director - Goods Transportation at EasyMile

Clément Masson has a strong background in business development and strategy in the transportation and logistics industry. Clément is currently serving as EMEA Business Development Director for Goods Transportation at EasyMile, a role they began in April 2021.

Prior to their current position, Masson worked for Linde Material Handling for a decade. Clément'sroles at Linde included International Key Account Manager for Automotive Accounts from May 2018 to April 2021, Strategy Project Leader for Intralogistics from May 2016 to April 2018, Business Development Manager for Mobile Robotics from November 2015 to April 2016, Range Marketing Manager for Mobile Robotics from November 2013 to October 2015, and Product Manager for Outsourcing and Customization from November 2011 to October 2013. In their Product Manager role, Masson was responsible for market analysis, product development, and sales support. Clément served as the interface between the sales network and KION group factories, managed outsourced goods agreements, and created sales tools.

Clément Masson's education history begins in 2006 when they attended Université de Reims Champagne-Ardenne and obtained a HND in sales techniques (DUT Techniques de Commercialisation Génie de la Distribution Industrielle). Clément continued their education at the same university and earned a Bachelor's degree (Licence professionnelle) in Purchasing & international trade BtoB in 2009. In 2010, they briefly studied at the University of Finance and Administration, Prague and completed a Master 1 (M1) degree in Économie internationale. From 2009 to 2011, Clément attended SCBS where they obtained a Master's degree in Marketing international.

In addition to formal education, Clément Masson has also received several certifications. In 2012, they completed a certification in Product Management from Institut Supérieur du Marketing. In 2014, they obtained a certification in Process' Com from Cegos. Furthermore, Clément has acquired expertise in Negotiation Fundamentals from ESSEC Business School in 2020, KAM excellence from Accenture in 2018, and Entrepreneurship Strategy: From Ideation to Exit from HEC Paris in 2021.
