John Burns

John Burns has over 25 years of experience in human resources, holding various leadership roles. John is currently the Vice President of Human Resources at Easypak LLC. Previously, they served as the Vice President of Human Resources at Whitcraft Group from 2019 to 2022. John also held the position of Director of Human Resources at Winchester Interconnect from 2017 to 2018, where they successfully implemented employee branding techniques and achieved significant reductions in turnover. Prior to that, they worked as a Human Resources Business Consultant at Staples for nearly 9 years, overseeing HR operations and leading a team of HR partners. John began their career as an Employee Relations Specialist at Mohegan Sun, where they gained expertise in employee relations.

John Burns attended Johnson & Wales University from 1985 to 1990, where they obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Foodservice Management.
