Tashina Baer

Tashina Baer currently serves as the Director of Operations and Strategic Partnerships at HelloProject since August 2020, while also working as a Real Estate Broker at EasyStreet Realty since April 2019. Previously, Tashina held the position of Real Estate Broker at Highgarden Real Estate from December 2006 to August 2018 and founded Zella Mae Inspirations LLC, a fashion-forward apparel company focused on spreading positivity, from November 2014 to February 2016. Tashina's early career includes roles as a Sales Representative at Beazer Homes from 2004 to 2005 and as Miss Indiana USA 2003 with the Trump Organization, Miss Universe LLP from November 2002 to November 2003. Tashina holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from Indiana University Bloomington, which was completed in 2003, following education at West Vigo High School.
