Vladimir Guerra has over 10 years of experience in software engineering. In 2004, they began their career as a Software Developer at Computer Sciences University, where they were a member of the Hospital Information System (HIS) Development Team. Vladimir was the leader and developer of the HL7 a Health Record Viewer Group, and developed libraries to encode and decode HL7 messages. Vladimir also developed components for viewing and editing the patient Health Record using HTML, CSS, JQuery, Yahoo User Interface (YUI), XML, XSLT, JSON, and PostgreSQL. In 2008, they were promoted to Software Development Engineer at Computer Sciences University, where they supervised other software engineers at health care software development and lead working groups to prepare standard operating procedures according with health care interoperability protocols. In 2010, they joined Information Services, Consulting and Systems (SICS) as a Senior Software Engineer, where they were the Team Manager and Architect of Cuban Nation-Wide Bus Ticket System. Vladimir also lead working groups to create encryption and compression components to enhance communication performance over depressed network systems, as well as created and improved operational and commercial procedures. In 2011, they gained freelance experience as a Web Developer, where they developed CubaAutrement Sales & Marketing Web Magazine and created CubaAutrement Team Web Tools for out-field third party subcontracting and online data recollecting. In 2014, they joined Aeroservicios USA Inc as a Full Stack Developer, where they designed, developed, and deployed a brand new internal control system. In 2016, they joined PA Group (Premier Assurance Group) as a Senior Software Engineer, where they studied information needs, systems flow, data usage, and work processes; followed the entire software development lifecycle; determined problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions; and improved operations by conducting systems analysis and recommending changes in policies and procedures. In 2018, they joined EasyWorkforce Software as a Senior Software Engineer/Project Lead, where they were responsible for making sure the workforce management software gets to the next level by being part of the growth leadership team as one of the Engineering Teams lead in the EasyWorkforce Software family. Vladimir also took care of customers' needs as the top 1 priority, and designed, coded, and implemented solutions from concept to final hand-off to customers.
Vladimir Guerra completed their Bachelor's Degree in Sciences from IPVCE Jos\u00e9 Mart\u00ed, Cuba in 2002. Vladimir then went on to pursue an Engineer's Degree in Computer Science from Computer Sciences University, which they completed in 2008.
