José Luis Cabañero has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several industries and roles. José Luis is currently the Founder and CEO of Eatable Adventures, a global Food Innovation Hub that connects entrepreneurial talent with investors and corporates. Prior to this, José worked at Cisco Systems as the Director EMEAR, Service Providers Video, where they managed the Digital TV and Networked Video business for the Service Providers Business Unit across EMEAR.

José also served as the General Manager of Spain and Latam at NETSCOUT, where they reorganized the business across the region and managed the integration of newly acquired startups. José Luis held the position of Director of Telecommunications and Media markets at Broadcom Software, overseeing all operations for the Telecommunications Software Business Unit in the Spanish Territory.

In addition, José has worked as the Director of Southern Europe & Middle East at ADVA, where they established operations in Spain and Northern Africa. At BBVA, they served as the Sr. Director of Implementation, Strategy, and Innovation, responsible for delivering innovative banking products and services globally. José also held the position of General Manager of Spain and Latin America/Caribbean at RealNetworks, where he, reset and grew operations, launched new business lines, and achieved profitability in a short period.

José's early career includes roles at Infinitto Networks, where they were a Partner and Chief Operating Officer, and at Oracle, where they served as GM of the Interactive Online Services BU EMEA. José Luis began their career at Unisys, where they held various positions and was recognized with multiple sales awards for their achievements.

José Luis Cabañero has a diverse educational background spanning various fields of study. In 1984, they enrolled at Universidad de Extremadura and completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Computer Sciences in 1989.

In 2006, José attended the Stanford University Graduate School of Business to pursue the General Management Business Program, which they completed that same year.

In 2014, they furthered their interest in gastronomy by attending Le Cordon Bleu - Madrid and obtaining a Diplôme de Cuisine.

In 2015 and 2016, José pursued their passion for gastronomy and fine dining by enrolling at Université de Reims Champagne-Ardenne, where they earned a University Diploma on Taste, Gastronomy, and Fine Dining.

Additionally, in 2016, they attended the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business for the Venture Capital Executive Program, focusing on economics.
