Valentin García Alcocer

Valentin García Alcocer serves as the Vice President of Innovation Strategy at Eatable Adventures, focusing on disruptive technologies in the Food System, and holding the role of Innovation Strategy Director at Madrid Food Innovation Hub since August 2021. Additionally, Valentin contributes to IE University as a Director responsible for educational programs and as an Adjunct Professor teaching Design Methodologies and Agile methodologies. As the founder of Valentin Garal - Design and innovation, Valentin operated from June 2008 to October 2021, emphasizing market-oriented design with social commitments. Previous roles include co-founder at EnVereda, PMO Manager at La Nave, Strategy & Innovation Consultant at Opinno, and Strategy Advisor for Promexico, among others. Valentin holds a degree in Industrial Design from IED Madrid and completed a course at the Basque Culinary Center in 2020.
