Lidia Sasaki

Lidia Sasaki is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the coffee and banking industries. Lidia has been with Eataly since October 2017, progressing through various roles including Head of Coffee Bar Operations North America, Assistant General Manager, and Lead Barista and Trainer. Prior to this, Lidia was a Barista at Eataly and gained IT consulting experience at Gateware, focusing on banking solutions. Lidia's background also includes managerial positions at HSBC, where significant projects were coordinated in Commercial Banking and Global Banking and Markets, as well as marketing roles with an emphasis on customer insights and qualitative research.
