Billie Jo Duvall

Billie Jo Duvall, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as Vice President of Human Resources at Eaton Community Bank since August 2016, following a significant tenure at Michigan Millers Mutual Insurance Company from 1985 to July 2016, where Duvall held various roles including Senior Human Resources Generalist, Payroll Specialist, and Human Resources Assistant. In the role of Sr. Human Resources Generalist, responsibilities included talent acquisition, management of health and welfare benefit programs, and employee relations, among others. Duvall holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Business Administration and Management from Northwood University, completed between 2008 and 2013.
