Cosette C. Weaver, LMSW

Cosette C. Weaver, LMSW has a diverse work experience spanning over 10 years. Cosette C. currently works as a Behavioral Health Consultant at Eaton Rapids Medical Center since May 2019. Prior to this, they served as a Care Transitions Social Worker at Tri-county office on aging from August 2015 to December 2016.

Cosette also has experience as a Social Worker at SouthernCare, Inc. from August 2013 to August 2015, where they assessed patients and families for psychosocial functioning and needs, facilitated patient placement into various care facilities, and helped with applications for benefit programs.

Before that, they worked at Angel House as a DCW from May 2012 to July 2013, providing support to teenage clients and advocating for them in team meetings. Cosette C. Weaver, LMSW, holds a Master of Social Work degree from Michigan State University, which they obtained from 2011 to 2013. Their field of study during this period was Clinical/Medical Social Work. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Comprehensive Communication & Theater Arts at the College at Eastern Michigan University from 2007 to 2011. In 2007, they also briefly enrolled in General Studies at the University of Michigan. In terms of additional certifications, Cosette obtained their LLMSW from the State of Michigan in June 2013.
