Ken Walz

Ken Walz is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development and strategic management. As co-founder and partner at Popper and Company LLC, since June 2003, Ken focuses on structuring collaborative relationships, negotiating agreements, and conducting financial modeling and analysis. In addition, Ken serves as a principal at Eaton Square and as a reviewer for the Maryland Technology Development Corporation (TEDCO), evaluating applications for Maryland Innovation Initiative funding since May 2014. Prior experience includes a role as VP of Commercial Development at MDS Proteomics from 2000 to 2003 and as Manager at BD Gene with Becton Dickinson from 1990 to 2000. Ken holds a Master of Science in Finance from Loyola University Maryland and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Maryland Baltimore County.
