Devops Engineer at Eaton Vance

Abhishek C has a diverse work experience in the field of DevOps engineering. Abhishek started their career as a System Administrator at Neustar, Inc. in 2017 where they gained hands-on experience with Linux environment and deployment of applications on Amazon AWS using Apache Tomcat. Abhishek also automated the deployment process using Shell scripts.

In 2018, Abhishek joined TransUnion as a DevOps Engineer. During their time there, they worked on containerization, creating a CI/CD pipeline for Docker images, and deploying high availability Kubernetes clusters using Ansible playbooks.

In 2019, Abhishek moved to Eaton Vance as a DevOps Engineer. Abhishek focused on creating Terraform modules to launch instances in AWS and automating the process of resource creation. Abhishek also used Puppet to deploy ELK for continuous deployment and utilized Atlassian Toolset for version control, issue tracking, and documentation.

Most recently, Abhishek joined Verizon in 2022 as a DevOps Engineer. Abhishek has experience in utilizing various AWS cloud services to build scalable and secure systems. Abhishek has also worked on provisioning EKS clusters using CFT and setting up CI/CD pipelines using tools like Maven, Jenkins, Docker, JFrog Artifactory, and Helm for auto-scaling and rolling updates.

Abhishek C has a Master's degree in Engineering Management from Christian Brothers University, which they obtained from 2016 to 2017. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from JNTUH College of Engineering Hyderabad, graduating from 2007 to 2011. Additionally, Abhishek has obtained several certifications, including Bash Certified, Programmer/Analyst Aptitude, and Unix Korn Shell Scripting from Brainbench, all obtained in August 2021. Abhishek also holds the certification of Amazon Web Services Solutions Architect Associate from Amazon Web Services (AWS), which they obtained in May 2021.
