Erin Rowse

Erin Rowse currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Eaton since June 2023. Prior to this role, Erin had a decade-long tenure at PPG, where significant achievements included leading global employee experience initiatives that resulted in a 25% increase in engagement and overseeing the successful implementation of The PPG Way. Previous experience includes various human resources positions at HJ Heinz, where leadership in organizational development and change management was showcased, as well as roles at ConAgra Foods and Kraft Foods that focused on training and efficiency in manufacturing environments. Erin holds a BA in Communication with a focus on Organizational Communications from Michigan State University.
