Gordon Harman has over two decades of experience in benefits and retirement program management, currently serving as Vice President of Global Benefits at Eaton since September 2008. Gordon has been responsible for the design and governance of Eaton's global benefit programs. Previously, Gordon held roles at Eaton Corporation, including Manager of Retirement Plans, where responsibilities encompassed the administration of North American retirement programs and engagement with legislative changes such as the Pension Protection Act of 2006. Earlier career experiences include serving as a Benefits Analyst at Eaton and as an Actuarial Associate at Towers Perrin, where responsibilities involved pension plan design and management. Gordon holds a Master of Arts in Mathematics and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Miami University.
