Previously, Keisha held various roles at Collins Aerospace, including Director of Digital Technology Business Relationship Management for Mechanical Systems, responsible for IT service execution, and Aerospace CMMC Program Manager, focusing on compliance certification. Earlier in the career, key leadership positions included managing international trade compliance and leading project management initiatives that standardized program execution.
