Kevin Heintz

Kevin Heintz serves as the Vice President and General Manager at Eaton, overseeing the Global EV Power Distribution and Protection business since May 2021. Prior to this role, Kevin held various leadership positions at Tenneco, including Global Vice President of Customer Business Units and OE Sales, as well as Vice President of the Global Ford Business Unit. At Johnson Controls, Kevin advanced through roles culminating as Director of Global Business Development, managing key automotive customer groups and ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction. Early career experience includes a mechanical and process engineering role at ExxonMobil. Kevin earned an MBA from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin, along with additional leadership training from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
