Craig Toycen

Craig Toycen is an experienced automotive industry professional with a strong background in dealership management and operations. Currently the Owner of Eau Claire Express Baseball since February 2022, Toycen also serves as President of Toycen Ford, Inc. since October 2010, overseeing day-to-day operations. Previous roles include Owner at Toycen of Ladysmith from July 2017 to October 2023 and General Manager at Toycen Motors from May 2005 to January 2011, where collaboration with sales and service departments was key. Toycen began the career as Assistant to the GM at Toycen of Ladysmith, and prior to that, worked as Receptionist/Accounts Receivable at Toycen Motors, where procedures for electronic accounting were established. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Saint John's University (1999-2003) and completion of the NADA Dealer Candidate Academy (2004-2005).
