Romain Tolila

Romain Tolila is an experienced human resources leader with a diverse background in various sectors, including water distribution, digital media, marketing innovation, and pharmaceuticals. Currently serving as Associate Director of Human Resources at Eau de Paris since January 2012, Romain Tolila previously held the position of Human Resources Director at Digiplug, where responsibilities included advising the CEO on HR issues and improving labor relations. Prior experience at Nielsen included roles as Senior HR Manager for Europe and Head of Recruitment, focusing on selection processes and HR marketing strategies.
