Matthew Gale

Matthew Gale is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in high-end resort dining. Currently serving as the Executive Sous Chef at Eau Palm Beach Resort & Spa since October 2018, Matthew has honed skills in various leadership roles, including Resort Executive Sous Chef at Nemacolin Woodlands Resort from August 2012 to October 2018, and Aqueous Chef De Cuisine/Executive Chef of Falling Rock during the same period. Earlier career positions include Sous Chef at both Aqueous Restaurant and Restaurant Phoebe. Matthew's educational background encompasses a degree in Culinary Arts from the New England Culinary Institute and a Bachelor's degree in Movement and Sports Studies from Springfield College.
