Eduardo Sirotsky Melzer

Eduardo Sirotsky Melzer is the Founder and CEO of EB CAPITAL, a position held since 2017. Melzer also serves as a Board Member for several companies, including Wine.com.br since 2016, Loja do Mecânico since 2021, Proz, and Alloha Fibra since 2019. Prior to these roles, Melzer held numerous leadership positions at Grupo RBS from 2004 to August 2020, culminating in roles as Chairman, President, and Executive Vice President. Melzer's early career includes a consultancy role at Booz Allen Hamilton in 2001. Melzer holds an MBA from Harvard Business School (2000-2002) and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul (1995-1998).
