Gabriela Picciotto, PhD, is an accomplished founder and strategic HR consultant with extensive experience in coaching, organizational culture, and talent management. Currently, Gabriela leads Criar com Alma, a consultancy focused on enhancing engagement and productivity in organizations. Gabriela also holds senior consultancy roles at Walking the Talk and eB Capital, while contributing to various committees in organizations such as Alloha Fibra and Grupo Blue Health. With a rich background that includes leadership roles at Mercer Portugal and Korn Ferry, Gabriela specializes in cultural transformation, performance management, and diversity initiatives across multiple sectors.
