Paul Holzapfel

Paul Holzapfel is an experienced professional in the semiconductor and technology sectors, currently serving as the Wafering and EPI Equipment Manager and previously as a Senior Wafering and Development Engineer at SK Siltron CSS since September 2023. With extensive experience from EBARA Technologies since October 2005 as a Program Manager, Paul Holzapfel has managed product development programs and supported new process development in chemical mechanical planarization (CMP). Prior roles include Research Scientist at Agentase LLC, Process Engineer at AcceLight Networks and SpeedFam-IPEC, and Senior Technician at Medtronic Inc. spanning over 20 years in various engineering and technology capacities.
