Hazel Mitchell

Hazel Mitchell is the Sr Director, UK & EEC, Service Delivery/Customer Experience & eBay Ireland Site Leader with eBay. She joined eBay in 2004 as a Manager of Health & Safety, and has held a variety of leadership roles within the organization, including Senior Manager, Community Watch - Trust & Safety; Senior Manager, Top Customer Care; Head of UK Customer Experience; and Director, Global Customer Experience & Ireland Site Lead. She was promoted to her current position in 2017. Previously, Hazel was with Aer Lingus.
