Randy Mower

Randy Mower, PMP, is a seasoned program manager with extensive experience in leading projects at eBay since October 2014. Notable responsibilities include ownership of regional and global projects impacting Learning and Development as well as interaction with senior leadership. Prior to eBay, Randy held various roles at InterContinental Hotels Group from March 2008 to August 2014, where leadership of a team and training alignment with corporate standards were key duties. An internship at The Walt Disney Company in 2005-2006 complements Randy's professional journey. Randy holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Administration and Management from the University of Utah, obtained between 2006 and 2015, and is a graduate of Jordan High School, earning a high school diploma in 2005.
