Yael Avital

Yael Avital is the Senior Director, People Business Partner, Core Product & Technology at eBay. She joined eBay in 2008 as a Senior HR Business Partner for eBay Israel, and has risen through the ranks to hold increasingly responsible positions in People leadership, including Senior Director, HRBP, Advertising, and Senior Director, HRBP North America. Prior to joining eBay, Yael was the HR Business Partner for R&D at NICE Systems.
