Erica Wilson has extensive work experience in administrative roles. From 2016 onwards, they worked at ebbo, where they held the position of Culture and Facilities Manager since October 2021. Prior to that, they worked as an Administrative Support Manager from June 2017 to September 2021, where they were responsible for managing office administrative processes and providing support to the CEO and leadership team. Erica also coordinated various company-wide events and special projects for the office. From January 2016 to May 2017, they worked as an Administrative Assistant to the CEO at the same company.

Before joining ebbo, Erica worked at Valassis starting from 1997. Erica'sroles at Valassis include Project Coordinator from August 2013 to November 2015, Sr. Administrative Assistant from May 2003 to August 2013, Zone Product Specialist from September 2000 to May 2003, and Human Resources Administrative Assistant from May 1997 to September 2000. In these roles, they provided administrative support to multiple VPs and SVPs, managed calendars, meetings, and special events, and produced various documents such as budget reports and client presentations.

Erica Wilson attended Manchester Community College from 1992 to 1994 and earned an Associate's degree in Business Administration. Erica also attended Manchester Community Technical College during the same time period and obtained another Associate's degree in Business Administration.
