Harold Decena

Harold Decena, CRP, GMS has over 30 years of work experience across various industries. Harold began their career at Texas Instruments as an Electronic Engineering Technician, specializing in tactical radar systems. After five years, they transitioned to a career in real estate, starting as a Real Estate Sales Agent at Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage.

Decena then moved into relocation management, serving as a Relocation Manager at Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage and overseeing a staff of seven. Harold improved productivity and efficiency by implementing process evaluation and targeted agent training.

Harold continued their relocation management career at Prudential Texas Properties & Prudential California Realty, where they managed relocation initiatives for multiple markets, ensuring seamless real estate experiences for clients.

Decena then joined Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices PenFed Realty Texas as a Relocation Director, responsible for overseeing all relocation operations. Harold later transitioned to Ebby Halliday Companies as the Business Alliances & Programs Manager, managing various partnerships and programs for the company. Harold was subsequently promoted to Vice President - Corporate Real Estate Services, where they currently serve.

Throughout their career, Decena has demonstrated strong leadership skills, improving operations, and managing large-scale initiatives. Harold holds certifications in Corporate Relocation and Global Mobility Specialist.

Harold Decena, CRP, GMS completed their education with an Associates of Applied Science in Electronic Engineering Technology with a focus on Electrical at Technology from 1985 to 1987. Prior to that, they obtained their High School Diploma from SH Rider High School in 1984. There is no available information about their education prior to high school.
