Shalynn Ler

Shalynn Ler serves as the General Manager and Executive Director at Ethos BeathChapman since January 2018, achieving notable recognition as the Top Biller in Asia for FY 2023 and leading a team awarded Team of the Year. Previously, as Senior Director, Shalynn led Learning & Development initiatives, also securing the Top Biller title in Asia for FY 2022 and achieving near 100% promotions for team members. Other roles included Director and Associate Director, where Shalynn excelled in employee engagement, training, and managed solutions. Prior experience at Hays involved multiple promotions, ranking as Top Biller for Singapore in 2016 and 2017, along with several prestigious awards. Shalynn began a career in finance as a Corporate Finance Analyst at Avista Advisory and holds a Bachelor of Business from Nanyang Technological University with specializations in Banking & Finance and Accountancy.
