Xin Xu

Xin Xu currently serves as Chief of Staff at Ebco Inc. and Treasurer for the IEEE EPS Chapter in the Central Indiana Section. Previous experience includes roles as an MBA Summer Leadership Intern at Johnson & Johnson, where strategic tools for supply chain efficiencies were developed, and as Freight and Distribution Manager at Oliver Space, leading supply chain planning and new market evaluations. In logistics, Xin also served as Logistics Solutions Lead at 4PX, launching new products and training local branches, as well as holding various positions at Flexport with an emphasis on supply chain analytics and market strategy. Xin co-founded Enjoy Life, Ltd., a wine social platform, overseeing operations and strategy. Educational credentials include an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a B.S. in International Management, Finance, and Operations Technology from Boston University.
