Minnie Winters

Minnie Winters is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success, sales, marketing, and human resources across various organizations. Currently serving as a Customer Success Specialist and formerly as a Sales and Marketing Administrator and Customer Advocate at EBE Technologies since May 2022, Minnie also held the position of Office Manager at Colona City Hall from September 2018 to September 2020. Prior experience includes roles as Human Resources Manager at both Berry Plastics Corporation and The Egging Company, along with Human Resources responsibilities at Village Montessori Day School. Additionally, Minnie contributed as Assistant Director at Information Referral and Assistance Services from 1997 to 2002, focusing on client referrals, interviews, and fundraising. Minnie holds a Master's degree in Organizational Management & HR from Ashford University and a diploma in General Studies from Clinton High School.
