Doaa Safwat, PSM

Doaa Safwat has a diverse work experience. Doaa started their career as an EDI Analyst at Santeon, Inc. from July 2008 to September 2014. Doaa then joined eBenefits Network in June 2015 as a Senior Electronic Data Interchange Analyst, where they worked until July 2020. During this time, they gained expertise in dealing with 834 EDI files. Doaa then took on the role of Operations Team Leader at eBenefits Network from July 2020 to December 2021, where they were responsible for managing the EDI customer service team and ensuring a smooth weekly EDI files feed. Doaa is currently working as a Scrum Master at eBenefits Network starting from January 2022.

Doaa Safwat completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from Cairo University, from 2002 to 2007.

In addition to their formal education, Doaa Safwat obtained several certifications. In February 2023, they completed the "Agile Project Management with Jira Cloud: 2 Lean and Agile Processes" course from LinkedIn. In September 2022, they completed the "Agile at Work: Building Your Agile Team" course from LinkedIn and also obtained the "Professional Scrum Master™ I (PSM I)" certification from Scrum.org. Also in September 2022, they completed the "Stay Lean with Kanban" course from LinkedIn. In August 2022, they completed the "Data Analysis" course from Udacity and the "What Is Scrum?" course from LinkedIn. In June 2022, they completed the "What Is Business Analysis?" course from LinkedIn. In February 2022, they completed both the "Operational Excellence Foundations" and "Six Sigma Foundations" courses from LinkedIn.
