Marius Pascalau

Marius Pascalau is a highly experienced production supervisor with a strong background in managing production activities across multiple companies. Currently serving as a Production Supervisor at Nokian Tyres plc since March 2024, Marius previously held the same position at Purem by Eberspächer from July 2017 to March 2024, where responsibilities included coordinating a team of 110 personnel, monitoring production plans, and implementing Lean manufacturing initiatives. Prior to this, Marius worked as a Shift Production Manager at Faist Mekatronic, overseeing 240 staff members, and as a Manager in both the Cables Preparation and Casing Preparation departments at Hanna Instruments, where Marius was instrumental in organizing production processes and developing operational technologies. Marius holds a degree in Fine Mechanics from the Faculty of Managerial and Technological Engineering, attained between 2004 and 2009.
