Victoria Hatch

Victoria Hatch is a communications officer at the European Bioinformatics Institute (EMBL-EBI) since December 2019. Prior to this role, Victoria served as a scientific writer at Abcam from November 2017 to December 2019 and completed a postdoctoral fellowship at the Institute of Molecular Biology (IMB) from October 2014 to November 2017, focusing on DNA demethylation during development. Victoria earned a PhD from the University of East Anglia, where studies were conducted from September 2010 to December 2013, and holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Biological and Biomedical Sciences from the same institution, obtained from 2007 to 2010.
