Farhan Butt

Farhan Butt has extensive experience in the field of network engineering and security. Farhan is currently working as a Senior Security Engineer at Ebryx (Pvt.) Ltd. since December 2021. Prior to this, they held the position of Manager Managed Services Support at PTCL.Official from April 2020 to November 2021. In this role, they were responsible for configuring, provisioning, managing, and troubleshooting various network services for corporate customers. Farhan also provided support in solution designing and network planning for managed services customers. At Khushhali Microfinance Bank, Farhan worked as a Sr. Network Administrator from December 2018 to March 2020. Farhan was involved in the implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of managed WAN services and network infrastructure. Before that, they worked as a Network Security Engineer at Nokia from March 2018 to December 2018, where they were responsible for network configuration and maintenance of Cloud IP core in multiple data centers. Farhan also has experience as a Network Engineer at CYBERNET, where they performed network configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting tasks for the company's MPLS cloud infrastructure. Farhan started their career at Total Engineering Systems as a Network Engineer, where they designed and configured data centers and improved network designs across different regions. Throughout their career, Farhan has gained expertise in various networking technologies and has effectively managed and supported diverse networks.

Farhan Butt has a strong educational background in the field of electronics and electrical engineering. Farhan obtained a Master of Philosophy (MPhil) degree in Electronics from Quaid-e-Azam University, Islamabad, from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Electrical Engineering from the Centre For Advance Studies In Engineering, Islamabad, from 2006 to 2010.
