Prior to this, Theo has held roles such as Manager After Sales a/i at BMW Amsterdam and Service Manager at Muntstad. With a Bachelor's degree in Higher Management in the Automotive Industry, Theo has a strong background in finance, quality management, strategic marketing, psychology, and international business.
