Pawan K Khatri

Pawan K Khatri has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Pawan began their career as a Software Engineer at Aditya Birla Group in 1995, where they worked until 1998. Pawan then joined Fujitsu as an Enterprise Application Architect, providing consulting services to various clients in the Columbus area on App Dev and Architecture initiatives. In 2003, Pawan joined J.P. Morgan as an Executive Director, leading mission-critical projects and managing resources from various companies in onshore-offshore settings. During their tenure at J.P. Morgan, they set up a Document Manufacturing factory and created hosting platforms for advanced analytics using Oracle/Exadata/Hadoop/Greenplum and other eco-system components. In 2014, Pawan co-founded eBusiness Solutions, Inc., where they served as a Co-Founder and Principal Consultant, Agile Coach, and Architect. Currently, they are the Founder and CEO of TeamAug, Inc., where they focus on expanding recruitment bandwidth for clients.

From 1991 to 1995, Pawan K Khatri attended M B M Engineering College, Jai Narian Vyas University, Rajasthan, India. Pawan earned a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Computer Science and Engineering during this time.
