Kacper Gontar

Kacper Gontar has extensive experience in customer care, translation, and social services. Currently serving as a Customer Care Agent at EBV Finance since August 2022, Kacper is responsible for VAT and excise duties refund processes, including communication with partners and tax authorities. Prior experience includes roles as a Freelancer Translator (CZ-PL) and English-Czech Interpreter for Kelly Services Poland, alongside a position as a Customer Care Representative at Becton Dickinson, where comprehensive customer service was provided in multiple languages. Kacper has also worked as a city guide in Warsaw and interned with the Organization for Aid to Refugees, focusing on social counseling and assistance for refugees. Kacper holds multiple degrees in Slavic studies from the University of Warsaw, Charles University, and Masaryk University Brno.
