Leonardo has a diverse work experience in the field of information technology, specifically specializing in cyber security and service desk management. Leonardo has held various roles in different companies throughout their career.

In 1997, Leonardo started as a Coordenador de Service Desk at Imarés TI, where they provided support for Microsoft Windows and Office, as well as Novell Netware.

Leonardo then moved on to Audinet Informatica LTDA in 2001, where they served as an Administrador de Redes - Master. In this role, they were responsible for administering Windows and Novell servers.

In 2002, Leonardo joined TIVIT as an Analyst Service Desk, where they provided technical support to users in both corporate and branch network environments. Leonardo also served as an instructor for the Siebel tool at Banco Santander.

Leonardo's next role was at Banco Santander, where they worked as a Service Desk Supervisor from 2006 to 2015. In this position, they oversaw the service desk operations and ensured quality service delivery.
