Mayank Tandon, PMP®CSM®, has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Mayank is currently employed at EC-Council as the Manager - SME & Partner Outreach. In this role, they are responsible for identifying, building, and managing Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Advisory boards, as well as communicating and coordinating with different stakeholders/partners.

Prior to this, Mayank worked at Wheebox as a Senior Manager, Sales, where they established key accounts as buyers of assessment products and sponsors of company events and projects. Mayank also developed a marketing strategy plan and a co-sell partner program.

At Web Innovation Hub, Mayank served as a Senior Manager, Business Development, where they managed international client relations, initiated a training program for internal employees, and successfully executed critical projects with tight deadlines.

Before that, Mayank was a Manager, Business Development at Source Soft Solutions Pvt. Ltd., where they mentored teams, integrated different geography teams, and set up a scalable operations system.

Mayank also has experience as a Senior Sales Executive at Vinove Software and Services Pvt. Ltd., a Project Coordinator at BM Consulting India, a Technical Manager at Milestone Solutions Private Limited, and a Technical Support Engineer at vCustomer.

Mayank Tandon, PMP®CSM®, holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Information Technology & Operations from the Indian Institute Of Information Technology, Allahabad. Mayank completed their MBA program from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Electronics Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University, where they studied from 2004 to 2008.

Additionally, Mayank has several certifications that add to their expertise. Mayank achieved the Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) certification from Scrum Alliance in June 2021 and the Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification from the Project Management Institute in December 2020. Mayank also earned a Diploma in SAP Sales & Distribution Module from ERP Scholars in July 2014 and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from KPMG in January 2012.
