Ralf Hofmann

Ralf Hofmann has extensive work experience in the finance industry. Ralf currently serves as the Managing Director at EC M&A since May 2021. Prior to this, Ralf worked as a Partner at Translink Corporate Finance from July 2020 to April 2021. Ralf also held the position of Director at Bankhaus Metzler from October 2017 to June 2020 and at Commerzbank AG from July 2010 to September 2017.

Ralf Hofmann began their education at Dientzenhofer Gymnasium Bamberg from 1986 until 1995. There, they obtained their Abitur / A-Levels. Following this, they pursued a Double Degree in Business Administration through the European Business Program from 1996 to 2000.
