Sarah Douglas

Sarah Douglas currently serves as Vice President of Project Controls & Commercial Management at EC Source Services, LLC, starting in September 2024. Douglas is also an active board member of the Women's Energy Network Chicago since January 2021. Previously, Douglas held various leadership roles at INTREN, LLC from June 2013 to September 2024, including Vice President of Business Development and Director of L2 Construction Management Solutions. Earlier in their career, Douglas was an Account Manager at ComEd and a Senior Project Manager at Bechtel Nevada/NSTec. Douglas began their professional journey as a Project Controls Engineer. Educationally, Douglas holds an MBA in Project Management from Benedictine University and attended Nevada State College from 2005 to 2007.
