Kathy Bonutti

Kathy Bonutti has held various roles throughout their work experience. In their most recent position at EC-United, they worked as a Project Manager starting in March 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Arrow Automation as an Accounts Payable Analyst from October 2021 to July 2022.

Before their recent roles, Kathy had a long career at General Motors. From 2005 to 2019, they held multiple positions within the Global Business Services (GBS) and Global Manufacturing and Information Technology (GMIT) divisions. These roles included GBS Strategic Business Planner, End User Services Asset Management, End User Computing Asset Manager, GM Online Release Manager, Global Service Level and Configuration Manager, and Problem Manager.

Kathy also gained experience at VisionIT, where they worked as an Incident, Problem and Change Manager and an Asset Management Project Manager from 2003 to 2005. Additionally, they served as the RFP Project Manager at GMNA IT Operations.

Early in their career, Kathy worked at Electronic Data Systems (EDS) as a Regional Manager, Software Services Midwest Delivery and a Staff Manager in Business and Technical Integration and Architecture Strategy. Kathy also worked at GM as a Manager in various capacities including GM Business Support and Server Operations, Unix System Administration, Auburn Hills Enterprise Service Center/Server, Site Manager at the GM Research and Development Center, and Software Manager at the GM Research and Development Center.

Kathy began their career at General Motors in 1984 as a Senior Research Scientist in the Computing Systems Department before transitioning into the role of Section Manager.

Kathy Bonutti has a diverse education background. Kathy holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Information Systems Management from the Carnegie Mellon University - Heinz College of Information Systems and Public Policy. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Mathematics from Dominican University. Additionally, they have a Master of Science (MS) degree in Mathematics from Eastern Kentucky University and another Master of Science (MS) degree in Computer and Information Sciences from Oakland University.

In terms of certifications, Kathy Bonutti has obtained the IT Information Library Foundations Certification (ITIL) from itSMF USA.
