Dr. Najwa Minla

Dr. Najwa Minla currently serves as the مدير الموارد البشرية at موارد Mawared since September 2021 and has been a Trainer at ecadema since January 2022. In addition, Dr. Najwa holds the position of مدربة في مجال التنمية الإدارية والبشرية at Tawaf Soft, providing coaching, training, consulting, and psychological support. Dr. Najwa also leads the graduate studies department at Tishreen University’s Faculty of Dentistry from April 2020 to March 2024. Currently pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration with a focus on human resources at Tishreen University since November 2020, Dr. Najwa Minla demonstrates a strong commitment to career development and education.
