Karolina Jedras

Karolina is a Principal at ecap. She is responsible for forging client relationships and executing search mandates across multiple industries. Karolina has a strong track record in recruiting for CEO, executive committee, and board roles in the Europe, Africa and Middle East Region.

Prior to joining ecap, she led Egon Zehnder’s Research efforts in the Consumer, Retail, Digital and Technology sectors in Switzerland and internationally. Karolina was actively involved in succession planning, family business advisory and organizational transformation projects. She began her career at gategroup in Zurich, where she was responsible for Customer Relationship Management, integration of Salesforce.com and commercial coordination between all group’s regions and brands.

Karolina has an MA in Economics from Erasmus University Rotterdam and a BA in American Studies from the Jagiellonian University Krakow. She is passionate about the Middle East, nationalisation efforts, diversity as well as transformative economic and social reforms in the region.
