Mads Holm

Mads Holm's work experience includes multiple roles and positions in various companies. Mads started their career as a Hotel Assistant at African Ubuntu Backpackers in 2011. From there, they worked as a Sales Assistant at fǿtex, Dansk Supermarked for a period of six years. Mads also served as a Bar Manager at Bodegaen and later transitioned to the role of Bartender. Mads then joined Red Barnet Ungdom as a Project Manager on a voluntary basis. Following that, they worked for Udenrigsministeriet as a Trainee and later became a Programme Officer and Advisor. Most recently, Mads has been working at ECCO, initially as a Group Corporate Responsibility Specialist and then as a Team Lead in Group Corporate Responsibility. Currently, they hold the position of Group Director, Corporate Responsibility at ECCO.

Mads Holm completed a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree at Aarhus University from 2011 to 2014. Mads then pursued an MSc in Development and International Relations at Aalborg University from 2014 to 2016. In 2022, Mads Holm attended Sustainable Business Solutions for a specialization in Sustainability Management. Additionally, they obtained several certifications in confronting bias, fighting gender bias at work, and unconscious bias from LinkedIn in 2023.
