Polek Tomasz has extensive experience in management and engineering within the construction and property sectors. Currently serving as Technical Manager at ECE since October 2008, Polek has also held significant leadership roles, including Chairman of the Supervisory Board at SM "Ceramik" from June 2013 to June 2016 and President of Spółdzielnia Mieszkaniowa Ceramik from June 2009 to April 2012. Prior to these positions, Polek worked as an engineer at Strabag from December 2004 to September 2008. Academically, Polek holds a Master of Constructions degree in Building Industry from Politechnika Krakowska im. Tadeusza Kościuszki and a license in property management from Akademia Górniczo Hutnicza.
