Rosie Lewis

Rosie Lewis has a comprehensive work experience in the field of human resources. Rosie began their career as an HR Generalist at First Allied Securities in 2001, where they collaborated with various business units to provide valuable services aligned with organizational goals. Rosie then became an HR Manager at Advanced Equities Financial Corp, responsible for promoting strategic objectives, managing a team, and implementing change initiatives. In 2010, Rosie joined First Allied Securities as an HR Director, overseeing all aspects of human resources. Rosie later served as an HR Business Partner at Cetera Financial Group, supporting HR functions until 2017. Currently, they hold the position of Chief People Officer at ECG Management Consultants, leading workforce planning, performance management, employee relations, and talent development initiatives to drive business objectives. Throughout their career, Rosie has demonstrated strong coaching and influencing skills with executives.

Rosie Lewis attended San Diego State University from 1997 to 2000, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. Prior to that, in 1994, they attended Concord Career Institute and completed a Paralegal Certificate program.
