Lisbeth Helgesen

Lisbeth Helgesen, CBAP, MCBA, PMI-ACP, is an experienced business analysis professional currently serving as Manager of Business Analysis at Echelon Insurance since September 2019, where participation in an agile team implementing Guidewire is highlighted. Previously, Lisbeth worked as an Agile Business Analyst Consultant for Tata Consultancy Services, contributing to a multi-national SAFe implementation of Guidewire Claim Centre for an insurance client in Denmark and Norway. Lisbeth's experience also includes roles as Senior Business Systems Analyst at Echelon Insurance and Business Analyst at Healthcare Insurance Reciprocal of Canada, where significant process improvements and systems adaptations were achieved. Lisbeth's education includes a Master's Certificate in Business Analysis from Schulich ExecEd and a degree in Economics from BI Norwegian Business School.
